Oor’ Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £10 per Head is required to secure your Christmas Dinner booking, and must be paid within one month of the booking being made. The deposit will be put towards the cost of your meal.
Final numbers MUST be confirmed and paid no later than ONE WEEK before your booking date.

Usquabae reserve the right to refuse any bookings
All deposits are Non Refundable although certain circumstances may be considered by the Manager and Manager only
All items on the menu are subject to availability. Should an item not be available we will ensure you are informed and an alternative offered
All Christmas bookings must pre-order their food choices
All menu choices must be received no later than ONE WEEK before your booking date. Failure to do so may result in certain items not being available due to insufficient ordering time
There will be a strict policy over the festive period regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. Anyone who is lucky enough to look under 25 will be asked for identification, failure to provide identification will result in a refusal to serve alcoholic beverages. A passport or driving license is the only accepted ID.
A 10% service charge will be added to tables of 8 or more.
On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in December tables can only be guaranteed for three hours unless agreed otherwise with management.
